Aromantic Bisexual

Template:Sexuality Info Aromantic Bisexual, also called Aro Bi(sexual) or Biaro, is a form of aromantic allosexual referring to someone who is bisexual (sexually attracted to two or more genders) and aromantic (not romantically attracted to anyone).

This does not mean they will not date anyone, but they usually do not prefer and/or intrinsically seek out romantic things, such as dates.

Aromantic bisexuals are often okay with non-romantic relationships, including, but not limited to: sexual or queerplatonic relationships, either exclusively or in combination.

Just like with any aromantic individual, they can be romance-repulsed, ambivalent, indifferent, or favourable.

The asexual alloromantic variant is asexual biromantic.

Flag

The flag is the bi-flag with the aro-arrow over it to represent the lack of romantic love.

Alternativley some bi-aros use a heart with the aro-flag instead of the arrow to represent other kinds of love.

Which flag one uses is fully up to them and may not even make a difference to some. Others do specifically prefer one over the other. The reasons might be:

  • the heart being too closely connected to romance
  • the heart as a symbol of love in general or other kinds of love
  • the arrow, due to it's shape, doesn't show the colors as well
  • the arrow being easily recognized even from a distance
