Female Man is a Varsexgender where your sex (Female) and your gender (Man) cannot be separated.

Pronunciation
Definitions
- A boy/nonbinary man/etc who feels more comfortable with a female sex, whether a cisgender transsex person, a transgender cissex person, an intersex person, or any type of person who feels their sex is female and their gender is man/man aligned. - Plurgai, 2021[1]
While the term could also be used as a description of yourself, it was coined as a gender that's directly related to your sex as well.
History
It was coined during a large flood of Altersex, Intersex, and other Varsex terms were being coined by Wolfgang.
