Heptagender

Heptagender is a form of multigender in which someone has seven distinct gender identities. These seven gender identities can be male, female and/or any other identities. Heptagender people may experience these genders simultaneously or fluidly.

Heptagender people may also identify as multigender, transgender, and/or non-binary. If these genders are experienced fluidly, either over time or under circumstances, they may also identify as genderfluid, which is an umbrella term to describe anyone whose gender identity varies over time.

The heptagender flag is designed off the first seven letters in the LGBTQ+ acronym (LGBTQIA). The flag has seven stripes representing each of the seven letter’s identities: Pink for lesbian, Blue for gay, Violet for bisexual, Purple for transgender, Green for questioning/queer, Yellow for intersex and Grey for agender.
