The QUILTBAG flag.

QUILTBAG is a proposed alternative version of LGBT+ standing for queer, unsure, intersex, lesbian, transgender, bisexual, asexual/aromantic, gay. It is designed to be more easily pronounced in order to make it easier to remember.

History

The term was coined by Sadie Lee sometime in October 2006, through the article, Final Call: Kate Bornstein, on page 114 of DIVA Magazine, issue 125.[1]
