A theygender individual is someone who has not yet figured out their gender, but knows that the pronouns they want to be referred to with are "they/them".

Theygender is a form of pronoungender, along with hegender, shegender, itgender, neogender, nounselfgender and namegender.

The flag consists of yellow and greens that represent the connection with gender neutrality or lack of gender that many people who go by "they/them" have, while representing that not all of them are neutral or lacking in gender in presentation or identity.
